...The dead Crow...

Boom...great bass...boom...I've heard that sound before...boom...thunder storm?...boom...no its close...boom...its in my head...boom...yes...boom...why is my heart playing bass drum with my brain?...boom...what the ...boom...where am I?
He opened his eyes. There was smoke everywhere. Dust and smoke. And somewhere in the distance there were flashes of light scattering through the dense colloid around him. He got up trying to figure out what was happening and where he was, and suddenly something hit him hard. Really hard, in the head. It shattered his skull, swam across his brain, passed through his left eye and killed a crow, which was the only thing visible in his vicinity.
There were some more flashes, and then suddenly it was pitch dark. Not even a single photon anywhere, as if something had sucked every bit of light around. And then there was a flood of light focused on the dead crow. Not a single dust particle in the air. The dead man hadn't ever breathed such pure air in his lifetime. A short silhouette appeared though the flood of light. "The last crow is dead, we'll have the earth in an earth-year now."
